Yes, you may do it via Whatsapp 1 day prior to your allocated slot. If a rescheduling is requested less than 24 hours before the shoot/booking slot, an automatic cancellation of booking will be made. The new date must fall within the next 3 months.
Upon cancellation / no-show your deposit will be forfeited. Please click on the “cancellation and refund policy” tab for full policy.

Please note that all cancellations are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs, the deposit amount will be forfeited. However, a 50% refund will be granted in the event of full payment.
Clients can request a one-time postponement of their booking date and time. The postponement request must be communicated to us at least 24 hours prior to the original shoot day. The new date must fall within the next 3 months.
Postponement request received less than 24 hours before the shoot day, it will not be permitted and booking will be automatically cancelled. The refund policy will be as follows:
- Full Payment: A 50% refund will be refunded
- Deposit Payment: The deposit amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling are subject to the availability of our studio and production crew.

No, any extension beyond your initial booking session will be counted as 1 hour. You will be charged accordingly.
